International Fitness Alliance reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you, to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended. All terms and conditions stated below, in addition to those stated in the International Fitness Alliance Registration forms and ifitnessalliance.com website apply.
Contract Terms & Conditions
Seats in any International Fitness Alliance qualification course operate on a first-come, first-serve basis for both online and in-person attendance. Enrollment closes 2 days before the training course start date. To enroll, you will need to pay for the course in full or a pre-approved deposit amount. Payment can be made at any IFA Office Center.
The qualification course rate includes all lecture materials, including manuals and assessments in electronic format. All theory and practical assessment fees are included in this cost; however, if your first attempt is unsuccessful, re-sit fees will apply.
International Fitness Alliance offers private tutoring sessions for portfolio reviews for an additional fee unless instructed by the Portfolio Assessor.
Cancellations and No-Shows: International Fitness Alliance Education course cancellations are not permitted; if you choose not to attend, you will forfeit payment. If you cannot attend the selected dates, we may be able to offer you a transfer for an additional fee.
All services purchased from International Fitness Alliance must be preceded or followed by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing the IFA Registration PAR-Q form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the International Fitness Alliance and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time.
Furthermore, all applicants release International Fitness Alliance, its owners, and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the payment installment plan.
Payment for Products & Services
All Credit Cards will be processed in United States Dollars (USD) or Bahraini Currency (BHD) at the time of payment. International Fitness Alliance is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates, or additional charges levied by your individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
Orders
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or provide payment for a particular service for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order on these Terms and Conditions. International Fitness Alliance reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product or service, an error in the price or the product or service description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with us only comes into existence when an email confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.
Return / Refund Policy
Payment for all classes must be received prior to the class start date to ensure your seat. Cancellations on behalf of the client will not be refunded. Cancellations at least 3 days prior to the start of class will receive a credit towards a future class based on availability and similar cost. Course payments are non-refundable.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. International Fitness Alliance will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.
